Return Policy

All pieces are made by hand in our local workshop in New York City.  We do allow for store credit and returns within 7 days of receipt of your online order. If you would like to return your item, please notify us at info@jubileeriot.com with your item description, item code, and a reason why you want to return it. We will send you a confirmation e-mail; please do not return the item unless you have received this e-mail.

Shipping the item back to us is your responsibility. Once we receive the item with no damages in its originally packaging, we will reimburse your return with the original form of payment.  All shipping costs are non-refundable.  Please take special attention for measurements and descriptions. There are no price adjustments.  Please note, there are no returns on custom-made jewelry.  There is a 12% restocking fee for all returns.  

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of the time you purchased the item. Please contact us at info@jubileeriot.com to cancel your purchase, with the subject titled “Order Cancellation”. Do not forget to include the item code or the item description. Any order cancellation requests sent after 24 hours of your purchase will not be processed.

We do not accept returns for merchandise that was not purchased through the jubileeriot.com. If you purchased merchandise from an authorized Jubilee Riot retailer and you wish to return/exchange/refund your item(s), you must contact the original seller directly.
